1. Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses in the United Kingdom. Orders are dispatched from outside the UK.
2. Processing time
Orders are processed within 1 to 2 working days of payment being confirmed. Orders placed at the weekend or on a public holiday are processed on the next working day. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is dispatched.
3. Delivery time
Estimated delivery is 5 to 10 working days from dispatch. Total time from order to doorstep is therefore typically 6 to 12 working days.
These are estimates, not guarantees. Delivery can take longer during peak periods, or because of customs processing, carrier delays, severe weather or industrial action. Where a delay is outside our control, we will keep you informed.
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, if we have not delivered within 30 days of the contract being formed, you may give us a reasonable further period to deliver. If we then still fail to deliver, you may treat the contract as at an end and obtain a full refund.
4. Delivery cost
Delivery charges, if any, are calculated and displayed at checkout before you pay. The price you confirm at checkout is the price you pay.
5. Tracking
Where a tracked service is used, we email you a tracking number once your parcel is dispatched. Tracking information can take up to 72 hours to become active after dispatch.
6. Import VAT and customs charges
Because your order is shipped to the UK from outside the UK, import VAT or customs duty may apply. Any such amount payable at checkout will be shown to you before you confirm your order. If any charge is instead collected on delivery, it will be raised by the carrier or by HM Revenue & Customs, not by us. If you are unsure what applies to your order, contact us before ordering.
7. Delivery address
Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for parcels sent to an address entered incorrectly. If you spot a mistake, email support@toevashop.com immediately — if the order has not yet been dispatched, we will do our best to correct it.
8. Lost, delayed or damaged parcels
If your parcel has not arrived within 15 working days of dispatch, or if it arrives damaged, contact support@toevashop.com. Goods travel at our risk until they are delivered to you, so we will investigate with the carrier and arrange a replacement or a refund. Please tell us within a reasonable time of the expected delivery date.
9. Unclaimed parcels
If a parcel is returned to us because it was not collected from a delivery point, or because access could not be obtained, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. A further delivery charge may apply.
